At La Diosa Cellars, our focus is wine. Our list features a rotating selection of wines by the glass and bottle — including selections from local producers and wines sourced from the Texas High Plains, such as offerings from award-winning McPherson Cellars, a pioneer in Texas winemaking.

Alongside these, we offer low-alcohol aperitif-style options made with wine-based ingredients such as vermouth and port.
We do not serve beer or spirit-based cocktails. Instead, our beverage program is designed to complement our tapas menu and encourage lingering, conversation, and shared plates.
